Competence in construction

We are shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Cable plough & Pipe laying

Trench-less pipe and cable laying using our cable and pipe plough

  • Utility cables, ducts & Pipes can interred with sand and warning tapes in one single pass, to be Prescribed Depth

  • All our different plough techniques and Specialised Equipment are provided with a trained team of personnel

  • Trimble GPS surveying (Föckersperger FSP 22) more information»

  • Our clients are cities, municipalities, telecommunications and utilities companies, as well as companies active in the pipe laying business.

Trenching in rock & soil

Features of our Tesmec TRS 750

  • Excavation of trenches for utility supply pipes in soil class 3-7 in accordance with DIN 18300

  • Varied areas of application

  • Chain width up to 450 mm in Rock and up to 600 mm in soil

  • Trench depth to a maximum of 1.55 m

  • Cutting of surfaces such as e.g. tarmacadam is not necessary

  •  Out coming material can be used for backfill waste disposal costs are saved

  • Covering the pipes with sand up to a diameter of 200 mm in one work step is possible using a laying box     pulled behind the machine

  • All machines for hire with trained specialist personnel only

Horizontal Directional Drilling

Steerable horizontal directional drilling for the installation of protective pipes and supply and disposal pipes.

  • Drilling documentation with handover of drilling protocol

  • All our specialised Equipment are provided with a trained team of personnel machines are leased with trained specialist personnel

  • Our clients are cities, municipalities, telecommunications and utility companies, as well as companies active in the pipe laying business.

Winding technology instead of sanding

The ever-increasing raw material prices, transport costs and landfill costs have convinced us that to avoid using sand when laying pipes and cables if possible.

This work step is completely eliminated thanks to our new winding technology. There are advantages in terms of costs and the ecological footprint is reduced many times over for each construction project.

Example: for one kilometer of laid cable/pipe, approx. 120 t of sand is required, which has to be delivered to the construction site and processed. Furthermore, the current landfill costs of displacement should not be underestimated. A kilometer of cable/pipe can be processed with approx. 390 kg of GEO-Textile in around three hours and is therefore ready for laying.
